The diagrams illustrate the modifications that occurred at Queen Mary Hospital since it was build up in the year 1960. Overall it can be discerned that the hospital’s main building remained untouched, while the surrounding structures were modified over the years.
First in 1960, the hospital was located by the main road next to the shopping centre. Behind the hospital, there was a car park. Beside the car park a farmland could be found.
Later in 1980, the shopping centre was demolished and instead two buildings were raised one of them is a cancer centre and the other was a pharmacy adjoining the hospital. The car park stayed in its previous location, whereas, the farmland was transformed into a nursing school.
Finally in 2000,while the hospital and pharmacy remained untampered with, most of the surrounding buildings were altered. The cancer centre expanded to include the area where the nursing school once stood, forcing the space that was serving as parking area to decrease in size in order to accommodate the nursing school.

Nowadays, school comprise the majority of the children’s day. Undoubtedly, teachers have a great impact on the pupils’ growth and development. However, I would not claim that it surpasses the parental influence on their own children.
To begin, spending around eight hours, five days a week for several months with a certain individual would most definitely affect the behavior of a person. This is true for adults, but what about the young generation? This amount of time spent with one person would result in even more affection especially that their characters are still developing, their thoughts being created and their personalities being built, they resemble a mould that is being shaped. For this reason I believe that for a person to chose to be a teacher he has to learn to be as neutral as possible when communicating with the youngsters and be accommodating to all of their backgrounds and cultures.
On the other hand, the teachers’ role does not present until later in life. Scientists claim that the first five years of a child’s life are the most critical ones and that is when most of the person’s personality develops. Therefore, throughout those five years, these kids spend all their time with their parents and they do all sorts of activities together. Needless to say most of the children’s perception of the world comes from observing their parents’ interactions, therefore, parents are actually nurturing their kids without even realizing it.
To conclude, I believe that teachers have a great influence on the development of the children, although the parents’ impact can not be outshined. However, parents must constantly remind their little ones of their values and what they stand for in order for their children to never succumb to any external ideas or pressure.

School comprises not comprise. To begin with. Never ask question in your essay. Second paragraph is out of context for the essay. Instead of To conclude write To reiterate. Your English is good but in this essay you have not achieved what the essay has asked. Take a few minutes to understand the statement and plan your essay before writing.

The given diagrams highlight the modifications that have occurred at Queen Mary hospital since it was built in 1960. Overall, it can be observed that the hospital compound had witnessed various alterations with the exception of the main hospital building which remained intact.

First of all, there was a main road in front of the hospital yard, adjacent the hospital was a shopping centre on the left side, and car park and farmland were behind the hospital and shopping centre respectively in 1960. In 1980, the main street, hospital building and car park remained constant, while the shopping centre was demolished for a cancer center and pharmacy, which the latter was attached to the hospital and the farmland was destroyed for a nursing school.

However , in 2000, the entrances of the pharmacy and hospital were extended into the main road, cancer centre was enlarged to cover all the space of the nursing school and the size of the car park was divided into two, which one was used for the nursing school and the other for car park.

The map reveals the changes that happened at Queen Mary Hospital within a timespan of four decades.

Overall, a hospital and the main road remained unchanged and some new facilities were added over the period of forty years.

According to the map, in 1960, the main road was located along the side of a shipping centre and the hospital. Furthermore, a car parking and a farmland were situated on the left side and on the right side respectively. Moreover, in 1980, the car parking remained stable , but the farmland was demolished and a nursing school was built opposite side of the car park. Also, shopping centre was divided into two parts cancer center and pharmacy in the south west corner , the building of the pharmacy was connected with the hospital.

As per the graph, in 2000, the car parking was destroyed and divided into two parts, small car park and nursing school along the hospital.Additinally, the nursing school was ruin and cancer center was escalated in the place of nursing school in the east south corner. In addition, the main road was unchanged in the northern part.

The growth of a child is in the hands of parents. Though it may be partly true, a fully grown human is sculpted by a combination of parents from which he came from, a school where he sent to and a society in which he lives. As the future of the world lies in the hands of kids, teachers being a primary responsible for bringing up a child.

Children will learn mostly by observing the happenings around them. Hence it is highly crucial to create a positive environment amidst them. Therefore school plays a very important role to nurture the children. Teachers contribute a significant role in society. As children spend most of their hours in school, it is paramount for a teacher to monitor every child’s activity when they are in school and raise concerns to parents for any abnormal behaviour. The teacher would be given full rights to abandon such abnormalities by a proper punishment. For example, my three-year-old toddler used to be so naughty. Once he starts going to school, by observing other peers and his teacher, he learnt the art of discipline, and I could observe a lot of difference in him. Therefore educational institutions are not considered as a mundane place to develop our academics ability but also a place for learning the art of being responsible, improve our intellectual capacity to differentiate the right and the wrong and progress our behavioural quality.

If the culture in the school is lost, it will lead to a great depletion in the society, which in turn leads to loss of social values in the country. Thereafter, the country will become more vulnerable for the intervention of intruders, which would result in mass devastation in the surroundings.

Teachers are the most crucial armours for the well being of a country. They endow the kids with a balanced academic, intellectual, social qualities.
